Sugar manufacturer M neutralized strong acid and strong alkali using a neutralization tank. However, they suffered from pH rapid wide fluctuations between acidic region and alkaline region due to inadequate mixing.
After OHR MIXER was introduced, pH rapid wide fluctuations were prevented and caustic soda could be dramatically reduced by approx 30%.
*Before treatment the raw water pH (upper red
 line) fluctuates widely increasing the acid levels
 close to pH of 1.
After neutralization by the OHR MIXER the pH
(lower green line) fluctuates slightly.
This never occurs with the conventional method.

*pH rapid wide fluctuations means when the pH becomes nearly neutral, the pH responds sensitively when a neutralizer is added resulting in the pH value fluctuating widely and rapidly between the acidic region and alkaline region. This is caused by the inadequate mixing of the neutralizer which leads to the neutralizer injection having to be repeated and the amount of neutralizer increased.

Paper mill N collects used paper fibers from wastewater
for recycling using DAF system (pressure tank type), however, they had difficulty in collecting used paper
fibers because of unsatisfactory generation of
microbubbles.
After installing an OHR MIXER with the existing DAF
system, the quality of generated microbubbles
improved markedly thereby increasing the collection
rate of used paper fibers.

Paper mill T uses “OHR ozone micro-nano bubble treatment method” for discoloration of 5,000m3/day of colored wastewater.
The loss of unreacted ozone is very small when using this method so no waste ozone decomposition equipment is required. The Introduction costs of the equipment were $2 million, one-third of the conventional method ($6 million).

According to conventional thinking dioxins can’t be decomposed only by ozone.
However wastewater treatment company Y conducted a test which proved conclusively that dioxins can be decomposed only by ozone when using an OHR MIXER.

Food manufacturer R uses OHR MIXER to disperse vitamin C powder into cooking oil. Before installing an OHR MIXER,
filters became clogged due to powder dispersion failure, and were washed five to eight times a day.
Having solved the powder dispersion failure with an OHR MIXER the filter no longer clogs or needs cleaning enabling the production line to keep going all the time.
